The West Liberty Area Artists Collective is an informal group of artists with a desire to promote and support the arts in our area and the artists who make it. Located in the foothills of the Appalachian mountains in Morgan County, Kentucky, it is our goal to increase the web presence of artists and craftsmen in our area and to accurately represent what’s happening here and now in regards to the arts. We believe by doing this, we’ll build a strong arts community, both online and locally, build stronger relationships with artists & craftsmen throughout Kentucky, provide much needed information and support to emerging artists and encourage tourism to Morgan County, Kentucky.
